When one of your soul sisters gets engaged, you drive 2.5 hours, set up a picnic, and take photos around Shenandoah National Park in Virginia.

I’ve known Sara for the last five years and I’m one of the luckiest people in the world because I got to witness the love she and Alex share! I could talk for hours and hours about how incredible this day but here’s the TL;DR:

1. We spent this entire day driving around the beautiful mountains in Shenandoah, enjoying all that Mother Nature had to offer and pulling the car over whenever we found a new gorgeous backdrop.
2. Not pictured: The terrible jokes and Tiktok references that Sara and I kept making (…aaaand our men rolling their eyes at the amount of Tiktok jokes we’d made lol)
3. The day ended with beers and hard seltzers on a mountain at sunset. What a blast!
